Section 1: Decide what you want, you can't choose both.
First off... there is no way to become instantly incontinent. Don’t get me wrong, it can be acheived eventually you just have to set your mind to it and follow this guide, and not give up! It is a long road which involves a lot more mental retraining than physical, a lot of will power, and quite a bit of humility and humiliation (unless somehow you are able to totally hide the fact that you are wearing incontinence products.). Well obviously you wouldn't even be reading this if you weren't interested in becoming incontinent so lets get on with this already. You need to ask yourself:
- Do you want to be in diapers all the time or just weekends? This is a full-time program and you will not become incontinent unless you do this program full-time!
- Are you willing to rework your wardrobe?
- Are you willing to redefine yourself as incontinent?
- What if someone found out that you wear diapers and they asked why? Would you be comfortable with that? Would you be able to explain to them that you're incontinent and need them? What if it was a life long friend that knew you didn't wear diapers, or maybe one of your ex girlfriend or boyfriends?
- Could you carry a diaper bag or something similar with you everywhere you go to keep wipes etc in?
- Are you willing to wear diapers at all times, and I mean at all times unless obviously you're taking a shower or a bath.
- Are you willing to follow a diet and avoid certain foods & drugs to make this program work quicker?
- Follow a schedule?
- Keep your pubic area completely shaved? This part is a must!
- If you are single, could you tell that new date that you need to wear diapers?
- If you are married, could you tell your spouse “This is it, diapers for me from now on.”
- Could you deal with the fact that your body as a whole is going to change over the next year? IF you answered “no” to any of these questions then this program may or may not work correctly.
- Could you deal with the fact that if you follow through with this guide with the true intent of it working that the changes may be irreversable, or possibly take months and months to reverse?
